Rebecca Lindemann a partner at Richmond & Quinn, is an experienced litigator who represents businesses and individuals in state and federal courts throughout Alaska. She defends clients in jury and bench trials involving a variety of claims, including catastrophic injury, wrongful death, aviation, professional liability, product liability, and bad faith. She also has experience litigating claims in relation to multi-district litigation and class actions and has worked on appeals before the Alaska Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Rebecca has extensive leadership experience in the profession, as well as her community. She was elected to the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel in 2021 and currently serves on Alaska's Civil Rules Committee.
Prior to returning to her hometown of Anchorage, Rebecca practiced in Portland, Oregon for several years where she handled product liability cases in Oregon, Washington, and Montana. Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, and her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she was awarded the Order of the Coif.
