James Nolan earned his undergraduate degree in music from the University of California, Berkeley in 2006, where he graduated with both a Distinction in General Scholarship and Departmental Honors. In 2012, he graduated from University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly University of California, Hastings College of the Law), where he was a Senior Article Editor on the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and a member of the Intercollegiate Trial Team.
Mr. Nolan is a Partner at Richmond & Quinn. He has experience in all aspects of civil litigation defense, including personal injury, medical malpractice, employment, coverage disputes, environmental claims, wrongful death, and bad faith. Additionally, he advises clients on insurance coverage matters.
Mr. Nolan is an active member of both the Alaska and California Bar Associations and serves clients throughout the State of Alaska.
